V2.3.4

UpNoord V2.3.4 10 October 2026

Additions

  • The answer from VRAAG appears while it is being written: in the agenda the activities show right away, the text follows sentence by sentence.

Improvements

  • The selected button in VRAAG (such as Housing) is readable again on phones.
  • New version of the partner arrangement and the privacy statement.

Earlier versions

V2.3.3 10 October 2026

Improvements

  • VRAAG uses a stronger Mistral language model: shorter and clearer answers, and faster.
  • Tighter control of the daily cost of the language model.
V2.3.2 9 October 2026

Additions

  • News: now also headlines from Radio Boven IJ, the local broadcaster of Noord. If a story is also at AT5, we show it once.

Improvements

  • Stories about allegations and integrity are kept for a shorter time, like stories about crimes.
V2.3.1 9 October 2026

Additions

  • News in VRAAG: AT5 headlines about Noord, unchanged and with a link to the article at AT5. You search by place and topic, not by name.

Improvements

  • The privacy statement now also covers News.
V2.3.0 9 October 2026

Additions

  • Choice bar in VRAAG: choose where VRAAG searches, in the agenda, housing, government or all of Noord.
  • Below an answer from VRAAG you find a link to the overview of that topic.

Improvements

  • When you choose Housing or Government, VRAAG only shows sources on that topic.
  • A calmer header on the homepage: you pick topics in VRAAG, and topics that are not ready yet are no longer in the bar.
  • Smaller example questions below the search field.
V2.2.0 8 October 2026

Additions

  • More of Noord switch: turn it on to see the topics and let VRAAG search all of Noord: agenda, homes, projects, official notices and meetings.
  • Every answer from VRAAG about all of Noord lists its sources, numbered and with a link.

Improvements

  • VRAAG answers appear in a calm column; activities as cards with the date beside them.
  • Topics without their own data are shown in the bar as coming soon.
V2.1.5 8 October 2026

Improvements

  • VRAAG recognises places by part of the name or with a typo, such as Stretch or Ceuvel, and puts what is on there first.
  • Dancing also finds studio sessions and moving to music, not only club nights.
  • If a place has nothing on right now, VRAAG names the next activity there.
V2.1.4 8 October 2026

Improvements

  • Housing and Government are shown in the topic bar as coming soon; the buttons do not open a page yet.

Improvements

  • New topic bar: soft coloured buttons with a simple icon, on mobile a row you swipe sideways.
V2.1.2 7 October 2026

  • Government now shows what is coming: its own VRAAG, everything about your street or area, alerts and meeting summaries.
V2.1.1 7 October 2026

Improvements

  • Housing can be found again through search engines and the menu. Permits and tree felling per street now have their own page, which search engines do not include.

  • Personal permits are shown without house number or map point.
  • The Government menu item now opens its own page.
  • Fonts come from our own server; Google no longer receives anything when you visit.
